Dear Wine & Cheese Lover,
We are very happy to invite you to the second edition of our first Wine & Cheese Tasting on Thursday 13th of October from 19:00 to 22:00
Through this fun and interactive tasting, you will learn about the basics of red & white wine production, how to taste wine, and go over the main regions of France with 5 great wines & cheese pairings.
No knowledge is required to participate. The tasting will be led in english and is designed for beginners as well as more experienced amateurs. The wines will be tasted blind and we will put the focus on your feeling and perception and how to interpret it.
You will be presented 5 Wines (3 whites & 2 reds) with 5 cheese pairings that we have carefully selected after tasting more than 100 combinations!
The tasting will be led by Alexandra, Manager of the Restaurant who did his education at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and Philippe, Shop Manager and holder of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 3.
Where? The tasting will be organized in our shop in Langenscheidt Str. 6/6a, Schöneberg, Berlin
How many participants?
The tasting is organized for 8 - 11 participants.
